Halonen Games Oy operates this website and is the controller for the personal information described here. This notice covers the website only. The LightHouse game has its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies until you accept them. If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id> to recognise returning browsers and count visits. We use the results to see which pages are read and how people arrive — nothing more.
Google Analytics also processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and the pages you view. Google acts as our processor for Analytics; see Google's Privacy Policy and its processor terms. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.
We do not run advertising cookies, social-media pixels or cross-site tracking on this site, and we do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors.

Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests and keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the pages and protect against attacks and abuse. Our basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and Google receives your IP address for that request.
If you email us
When you write to us we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to answer you and to handle privacy requests, and we keep the correspondence only as long as the matter needs. Our mailbox is Gmail, so Google processes the message as our email provider.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Email halonengamesfin@gmail.com and we will respond within the applicable legal time limit.
You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. In Finland, this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
